Union Pacific Railroad Building 3477 was built in the early 1960's and was clad with Transite siding and roof panels. The existing panels were to be removed as part of UPRR's environmental initiative and were replaced with McElroy Metal Inc. PBR (R-Panel) roof and siding panels with Paramount Metal Systems acting as General Contractor.

Existing Transite panels were removed during night shift by Environmental Protection Associates of Little Rock, AR with replacement during day shift by Paramount crews. Panels were fastened to the existing ¼" structural members with the roof panels being installed over vinyl back insulation.
