Paramount Metal Systems is proud of our involvement with yet another Extra Space Storage facility- this one located at 24200 Gratiot Avenue in Eastpointe, Michigan. The three-story 101,200 sq. ft. self-storage facility, finished by Paramount in August 2019, certainly stands out from the surrounding buildings… a direct result of the well-known Extra Space color scheme. 


Paramount Metal Systems provided design support as well as super structure framing and exterior metal panel cladding for this captivating climate-controlled storage facility. The multi-story structure demonstrates Paramount’s ability to consistently deliver exceptional structural design and proven installation techniques to projects throughout the region.
