This state of the art multi-story climate-controlled self-storage facility opened its doors in December 2017 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Extra Space Storage is conveniently located with easy access to downtown Charlotte, the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, and Charlotte Motor Speedway.


Insulated metal wall panels provided by Kingspan highlight the exterior facade with an unmistakable vivid color scheme. The all steel construction incorporates a blend of light gauge and structural steel framing. This PSI Atlantic project stands out as one of a kind in the mini storage industry.
