Theresa McDuffee serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Paramount Metal Systems, LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing risk, supporting strategic planning, and advancing digital marketing efforts. Prior to moving into this position, Theresa served as Senior Administrator, where her primary responsibilities revolved around company policy and contract administration and compliance.
Theresa came to Paramount with over thirty years of experience, which included six years in records management and eighteen years of exposure in a federally regulated environment. While she was new to the construction industry, her skill set allowed her to adapt easily to her new surroundings. Theresa's strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed attention, and effective communication provide next-level protection for the company.

As Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Metal Systems, LLC, Theresa McDuffee provides strategic leadership across the organization. She guides administrative operations, mitigates corporate risk, and, in partnership with her Executive Leadership Team, shapes long-term strategic direction.
With more than 30 years of diverse professional experience, Theresa brings a wealth of expertise to her role, including nearly two decades in a federally regulated environment, equipping her with a deep understanding of compliance, governance, and operational integrity.
As Theresa and her team take over the reins from Paramount Metal Systems’ founder, David Dodge, they remain steadfast in preserving the legacy he has built through Paramount by upholding the founding values of craftsmanship, integrity, partnership, and excellence that David embedded in the company’s DNA. Theresa’s leadership today reflects a seamless continuation of that ethos—enabling Paramount to navigate developing markets while staying rooted in the principles that have defined its success.
