RETRO-FIT ROOF SYSTEMS

Retro-Fit roofing is becoming more viable every day. Today we simply encapsulate old roofs using light gauge framing and metal panels, replacing the traditional removal and discarding of an existing roof. This creates controlled rainwater drainage and enhances the architectural appearance of the building.

Retro-Fit roof systems are a true product of "Green Technology." Using products that are Cool and 100% recyclable, and utilizing "Above Sheathing Ventilation" (ASV) reduces heat transfer into a building by as much as 30–50%, as reported by the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).

Paramount offers a "roof your way" philosophy. Using their own engineered framing systems, in conjunction with Roof Hugger purlins, provides cost-effective framing solutions. Paramount can design to meet a variety of needs from high-pitched, complex geometric issues, to low-sloped conversions. Our goal for each project is to help the client realize significant long-term savings with increased energy efficiency, reduced cost for maintenance, and insurance.
