SHANNON DODGE / Field Superintendent
Shannon started his steel career in the trenches, working through his school years in manufacturing plants, and with building maintenance and warranty crews. As his knowledge and skills increased, he was promoted to the engineering department as a designer. Upon finishing high school, and completion of service in the Marine Corps, outdoor work and construction was the path he chose. Mentoring under several experienced erection crews building self storage, pre-engineered buildings and standing seam roofs, he comes to Paramount Metal Systems with experience and enthusiasm toward the construction industry.
